Dr. Eilat is a partner at Perlman Eilat Economic Consulting, an Israeli consulting firm that specializes in competition and regulation. Additionally, Dr. is a partner at Quadro Storage. Dr. Eilat served as Chairman of the Israeli Electricity Authority and as Chief Economist of the Israeli Competition Authority, and was elected to several “Israel’s 100 Most Influential” lists between 2016-2019.
